Omnia Property Care is a Plymouth-based property maintenance and home improvement business providing a comprehensive range of services to homeowners, landlords and property managers.

I'm João, the person behind Omnia Property Care. With over 11 years of experience working on properties, I decided to build a business around a simple idea: providing customers with one reliable point of contact for a wide variety of work around their home or property.

My work ranges from everyday repairs and ongoing property maintenance to kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, painting and decorating and larger home improvements. Having experience across different areas also means I can often take care of several aspects of a project without the customer having to arrange multiple tradespeople.

I take pride in doing things properly and being straightforward with my customers. That means taking the time to understand what needs doing, discussing the available options, providing clear quotations and treating every property with the same care and respect I would expect in my own home.
